ACTS Ministry
Our ACTS program was established to extend a helping hand to those in the community that are in need of basic neds -- food, clothing, and toiletries -- because of the circumstances they are found. Maggie Street wants to help those around us and give them a chance to succeed as we have the opportunity to serve.

Our History
The church became a member of the Montgomery Area Food Bank in November 2008. Moreover, during the remaining months of 2008, the Pastor and the church family embraced the work done through the ACTS Ministry. New clothing donations were received from the Pastor, including coats and shirts of various sizes, which were quickly given out. In addition, food donations began to pour into the church. Financial donations were also received for individuals who were homeless. During the first two months of its inception, ACTS provided service to 111 families or 374 individuals.
By the time the ACTS Ministry reached its first anniversary, November 2009, 1,152 families had received services through food boxes, clothing donations, and toiletries, largely due to the generosity of the Pastor and the church body.
So many individuals have partnered with the ACTS Ministry to provide food, clothing and toiletry items to those less fortunate. With the help of the members of Maggie Street and others in the community, we can continue this wonderful service to those in need in the community.
